All cleaning service rates are based on homes in average condition for either a standard or deep clean. If the condition of the property requires excessive cleaning due to buildup, clutter, or neglect, additional charges may apply.
Our cleaning crew will perform a quick walk-through upon arrival. If they determine that the home is in need of excessive cleaning beyond the scope of the scheduled service, they will notify you immediately before any work begins. At that point, we will provide an updated quote for your approval.
